Welcome to Tabi AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tabi AI integration available through Slack and Microsoft Teams. By installing, accessing, or using Tabi AI, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Tabi AI through Slack or Microsoft Teams, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Tabi AI is provided as part of an active Tabi Connect subscription and may require additional licensing or seat assignment.

Service Description

Tabi AI is a freight intelligence assistant that allows authorized users to interact with Tabi Connect directly from Slack and Microsoft Teams.

Features may include:

• Freight quote requests
• Historical lane and rate data
• Shipment and load lookups
• Customer and lane insights
• Natural language workflow assistance

Tabi AI uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to interpret requests and generate responses.

Account Requirements

To use Tabi AI, you must:

• Have an active Tabi Connect account
• Be authorized by your company to use the platform
• Have a Slack / Microsoft Teams integration seat assigned
• Complete the account linking process when required

Access may be denied if any of the above requirements are not met.

Authorized Use

You agree to use Tabi AI only for lawful business purposes related to freight, logistics, pricing, analytics, and authorized operational activities.

You may not use Tabi AI to:

• Access data you are not permitted to view
• Submit misleading, harmful, or abusive content
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation
• Attempt unauthorized access or security circumvention
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service
• Use bots or scripts to abuse the platform

AI Disclaimer

Tabi AI uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to generate responses.

While we strive for accuracy:

• Responses may occasionally contain errors or incomplete information
• Quotes and operational outputs should be independently reviewed
• Tabi AI supports decision-making but does not replace professional judgment

Users remain responsible for validating business-critical decisions.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Tabi AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Key principles include:

• Data is processed securely
• Company data remains logically isolated
• Permissions are respected based on your Tabi Connect access
• Data is not used to train public AI models unless explicitly authorized

Availability of Service

We aim to provide a reliable and high-performing service. However, Tabi AI may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Product updates
• Slack or Microsoft Teams outages
• Internet or connectivity disruptions
• Unexpected technical issues

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Permissions & Access Control

Users may only access customers, shipments, quotes, and data that their Tabi Connect account is authorized to view.

If permissions are changed by your organization, access within Tabi AI may be updated immediately.

Suspension or Termination

Tabi Tech Inc may suspend or revoke access to Tabi AI at any time if:

• These Terms are violated
• Licensing or seats expire
• Security risks are detected
• Your organization removes access
• The integration is discontinued

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabi Tech Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damage resulting from use of Tabi AI.

This includes reliance on AI-generated quotes, estimates, shipment data, or insights.

All outputs should be independently verified before use in business decisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions become effective once published on this page. Continued use of Tabi AI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
